GENERAL TERMS

1.1. As a retailer of digital video game products, we reserve a right to sell under the guidance of these terms of service. By using our services you automatically agree to these terms and policies. Breaking any rules or terms might result in a complete blacklist from our services and refusal to further provide support.

1.2. This User Agreement ("Agreement"), the ValoScript Store Privacy Policy, and all policies posted on our websites set out the terms and conditions on which we offer you access to and use of our sites, services, applications and tools (collectively "Services"). This Agreement is entered into between you as the user of our services ("User") and ValoScript ("Seller"). All policies and the Privacy Policy are incorporated into this User Agreement. You agree to comply with all of the terms when accessing and using our services.

1.3. Acceptance of the Agreement. By accessing or using the service, you hereby agree to accept the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement as a User. You shall be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement with respect to your access or use of this server and any further modification, addition or change to this service. If you do not accept all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, please do not use these services.

1.4. Amendments. We may amend this Agreement and/or server policies at any time, with or without notice to you, by posting the amended and restated Agreement or policy on the server. The amended and restated Agreement and/or policy shall be effective immediately upon posting.

PURCHASE AND SUBSCRIPTION POLICY

2.1. Purchase and Cancellation Policy

(a) We reserve the right to deny any refund at any time. We are a sole distributor of digital license keys that give the user a right to access our software for a certain period of time. We do not offer refunds for partial or complete usage of your subscription.

(b) You are entitled to cancel your order before the delivery of your license key has been fully completed. In this case, you will be given a store credit that can be used for any of our products.

(c) A license key containing the ability to access ValoScript products must have been obtained from purchasing a product through our payments systems or websites. We are not liable for any third-party vendors distributing keys to our software.

(d) Unauthorized use of funds, fraudulent payments or any kind of attempts to charge back a transaction will lead to a termination of your license keys.

(e) Leaving any kind of negative or harmful reviews on any of the websites connected to our brand will lead to your access being restricted from all of our services.

2.2. Subscriptions and Licenses

(a) Your subscription countdown timer starts upon entering your key into any of our softwares or websites. Once the countdown ends, you won''t be able to further access our applications.

(b) Subscription timer cannot be stopped or paused under any circumstance. On a case-by-case basis, we may extend your subscription if you're unable to run the software due to its errors or bugs.

(c) We reserve a right to pause your subscription under any circumstances with or without a notice. Your time won''t be lost and will continue upon re-launching or updating our product.

(d) Each of our keys is tied to a hardware identification number of your computer. You may only use your license on one computer. If your computer is replaced or changed, you are eligible for a hardware identification number reset which will allow you to use your key on a new device.

2.3. Deactivation and deletion of a license

(a) The payment which was used to purchase our products has been chargebacked, disputed or claimed back by the buyer

(b) Tempering with our software, accessing our code or bypassing of our security measures is strictly forbidden

(c) Sharing or further distributing of your license without our approval

(d) Buying a product only to purposely hurt our brand. Ex: working for an anti-cheat company, working for a competitive brand

(e) Abusive conduct or misbehavior in our community servers will not be tolerated

(f) Breaking our community guidelines

CUSTOMER SUPPORT

3.1. Technical Support

(a) If you are experiencing problems with our software please create a technical support ticket in an appropriate discord server

(b) Our response times may vary based on day, time and overload of tickets we received. We are not bound to respond or resolve a technical issue within any timeframe

(c) Compatibility of our products is stated in the product description on our website. If your computer is running on a different operating system or a third-party application is causing our software to not work properly, you may be asked to reset or upgrade your operating system, we won''t be responsible in case of your failure to abide

PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

4.1. The description and price of any product is subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. In a case of a complete and irreversible deletion of any of our software all licenses will be deleted without your right of reimbursement

COMMUNITY SERVER RULES

5.1. You are obligated to follow these rules under any circumstances in all of our community servers.

5.2. General chat rules

(a) No advertising

(b) No spamming

(c) Usage of words such as "Cheat", "Cheater", "Cheating", "Hack", "Hacker", "Hacking", "Spoofer", "Spoofing", "Esp", "Aimbot" etc… is strictly forbidden

(d) Act accordingly. Abusive behavior or any kind of excessive swearing and misconduct won''t be tolerated

(e) We reserve the right to remove any chat message or links without giving any reason for deletion.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

6.1. Certain third-party content, products or services are available via our platforms. We are not responsible for anything that happens within these third-party sites. These sites are not our products and are not affiliated with us. Thus, us trusting and vouching the sites still does not mean that we will take any kind of responsibility.
